Timothy P. Kingsbury, Founder

Tim grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and has practiced law in the city since being sworn into the Illinois Bar in 2018. Named a “Rising Star” by Illinois Super Lawyers for 2020-2025, Tim focuses his practice on consumer class action litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Prior to launching his own firm in 2024, Tim practiced at another prominent class action firm in Chicago.Tim is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the the Fourth, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of Illinois, as well as the Eastern District of Michigan. Tim has also been admitted to practice pro hac vice before many other courts nationwide.
